Since 1999; parent company, HeartLight Enterprises, LLC has been around since 1993 and includes workshops and more related to the body, mind, spirit field.

The field of personal growth and body/mind/spirit has been an interest most my life. It was an evolving situation over
the years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My extensive experience beyond massage; it is truly a body, mind, spirit experience. This is sole practitioner well-being practice in which I have the opportunity to truly individualize treatment. The space I have create is safe, comfortable and cozy, but work, though relaxed, is therapeutic.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this AVIVA has an old Mandeville location, six blocks from Lake Pontchartrain.

Coming from Causeway Blvd. travel east on Monroe Street to the corner of Monroe & Lafitte; turn left and you will see us at the next corner of Lafitte and Livingston on the right. Parking is on the side and rear. Coming from Florida (LA Hwy. 190), take Lafitte going south, one block past the Mandeville Trailhead (on the left) and Kickstand Cafe (on the right)is AVIVA on the left side at 601 Lafitte.
